What is Aerlum?
Aerlum is an independent design brand creating minimalist, 3D-printed decorative and functional objects designed for modern interiors.

Where are Aerlum products made?
All products are designed and produced locally in small batches using 3D printing technology, then carefully finished and inspected.

Products & Materials

What materials do you use?
We use eco-conscious 3D printing materials, such as PLA derived from renewable plant-based sources. These materials are suitable and safe for indoor use.

Are the products handmade?
While 3D printing is used for production, each item is manually finished and quality-checked, making every piece unique.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight surface variations or visible layer lines may occur. These are normal characteristics and not considered defects.

Orders & Customization

Are products made to order?
Yes. Most Aerlum products are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed and confirmed.

Do you accept custom orders?
Limited custom or personalized requests may be available depending on complexity. Custom products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship within Romania and selected EU countries. Available options are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time consists of production time (2–5 business days) plus shipping time, depending on the destination and courier.

Returns & Issues

Can I return a product?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or aesthetic reasons. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, in line with our Return Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Care & Usage

How should I care for my Aerlum product?
Products are intended for indoor use only. Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.
