Made-to-Order Products

Most Aerlum products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, size, color, or aesthetic preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

3D Printing Characteristics

Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, slight surface variations or layer lines may occur. These are normal characteristics of the production method and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected.
